Our service usually begins with a telephone conversation or two, which evolves into a comfortable meeting at your business where we can discuss the sale in more details and cover any issues that you may have worries about.
A bespoke marketing plan and an asking price will be agreed upon. We will then offer the business to the widest possible market, with advertising, if agreed and bring to you, potential purchasers, all of whom will have been financially proved beforehand. They will also have completed a confidentiality statement before any details have been released to them.
We would expect to be in receipt of offers or notices of interest before too long. We will discuss these with you, and if agreeable confirm a deal with all parties. The process of obtaining finance and agreeing contract as well as gaining registration for Care Homes and the licence for the Hotel will closely monitored and you will receive regular updates on the progress being made.
Apart from offering a full sales and purchasing service and of course, a full after-sale ongoing relationship, we are able to offer a full consultancy service to Care Home operators in helping their managers through the RMA.
