We have sold a nursing home in North Kent which is closing as part of the sale arrangements and will be vacant in October.

As a result of the home falling vacant, we are able to offer ALL the items in the home - from the gas boilers, specialised nursing beds and mattress's, assisted baths trhrough to furniture and all kitchen and laundry equipment.

We are expecting to receive the inventory during the course of June & July with full details and we envisage 2 or 3 open days in October for viewers to come along, agree what they wish to purchase, make payment and take away. Naturally, all goods removed are the buyers expense and liability to themselves and others and must be removed on that day.
